"I rented for a day trip from the Idaho Falls location and was extremely impressed with Nikki who helped with everything on the rental. She was very easy to work with, explained everything very well, answered all our questions, even ones not related to rentals, and was very friendly. She helped make the rental experience a good experience instead of a pain in the butt. Of course the bike was a pleasure to ride and was in great condition. I am looking forward to renting again when I visit family in Idaho."

"About 7 years ago on our way back to UT from Yellowstone, we stopped at your dealership to look around. The salesman told me if we every bought a new bike, he'd save us money. Comparing the UT prices to the price Shayne gave us, it was more than worth the trip up both in dollar savings and customer service on a new Fatboy. Shayne was always responsive to a myriad of questions prior to the sale. Shayne keeps in contact even after the sale and is willing to help at anytime if we experience any issues or have any questions. The best Harley experience we've ever had. A model HD dealership with Shayne as the ambassador!"

"Lucky Friday the 13th 2014. After a 600 mile ride from Montrose Co. We arrived in Idaho Falls at 9:30 pm to a town with no vacancy due to a little league tournament. Driving down west Broadway my clutch gives out heading to the next hotel. Stalled on the street bewildered, depressed, tired and sore I look up to see a Harley Davidson sign a block away, and proceed to limp my 2014 FLHXS to the service door. The sign says Saturday 9 to 6.While I'm de bagging by bagger, my buddy miraculously finds a hotel nobody's heard of, the Destinations Inn that has the last 3 rooms left in the whole town. That night I tried to drown my troubles while thinking of all the plan B's if they can't repair my special Special, having to get back to work in Canada by Monday. I return the next morning at 8:30 to be welcomed in by the service crew and offered a hot cup of coffee that steadies my hangover. The fella’s get me in first thing and diagnosed a faulty hydraulic master cylinder (after the recall was done) not having a rebuild kit in stock they cannibalized a new bike off the showroom floor to get me back on the road. While waiting we had a good chuckle with the gals in the merchandizing dept. cause the hotel was a themed hotel and I had stayed in the gay Paris’ room full of flowers a fountain and showered under the Eifel Tower. Bizarre. We were back on the road at 11:00. A huge shout out to all that work at Chester’s Grand Teton HD ! You guys rock ! Luckiest place to breakdown. "

"I had few rough go ins at the local dealer till Mike Vecchio came in and after I had a couple conversations with him I ended up with a brand new 2014 Ultra Classic Limited LOL and man did I feel good about that purchase. Great guy awesome turn around locally keep up the good work guys we need you here and Mike really made me feel as I was important.
