1. Change engine oil and filter
2. Inspect air cleaner and service as required
3. Clean tappet oil screen*
4. Change primary chaincase lubricant and clean magnetic drain plug
5. Check/adjust primary chain
6. Check clutch adjustment
7. Change transmission lubricant and clean the magnetic drain plug
8. Check/adjust belt
9. Lube the foot shift/brake lever bearings* and speedometer cable
10. Check rear brake pedal adjustment
11. Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
12. Check brake fluid reservoir levels and conditions
13. Inspect oil lines and brake system for leak
14. Lubricate the following: front brake hand lever, throttle control cables, throttle, clutch control cable and hand lever, jiffy stand
15. Check/adjust operation of enrichener
16. Inspect fuel valve, lines and fittings for leaks
17. Clean fuel tank filter screen
18. Check operation of all electrical equipment and switches*
19. Check cruise control disengage switch and other components*
20. Check battery electrolyte level and clean battery connections
21. Change spark plugs
22. Check tire pressure and inspect tread
23. Check wheel spoke tightness*
24. Repack wheel bearings with grease
25. Inspect, adjust, repack front fork bearing
26. Change front fork oil*
27. Repack rear fork bearings*
28. Adjust Springer rocker bearings*
29. Check condition of rear shock absorbers
30. Check all suspension - pressure, operation and leakage*
31. Check stabilizer links* and engine mounts
32. Check tightness of all fasteners except engine head bolts
33. Lubricate hinges, latches – fuel door, Tour-Pak, saddlebags*
34. Check engine idle speed adjustment
35. Road Test
