"One day I was at Chester's Grand Teton Harley Davidson talking to Jim the General Manager when he mentioned that he thinks a ride to Key West in Florida and back would be great I went home and worked out a Route on Ride Planner and decided that I could do it. I Explained to Trent the service manager what I wanted to do and took my 2009 Ultra Classic with 65000 miles to him during the Winter and they did work on my Ultra including cosmetic work and I mentioned that I wanted to have a trouble free ride which would be between 7,000 and 8,000 miles Trent, Kyle and Brent told me what should be done and my Ultra was ready for the trip but was not sure I was. I left on the 5th April and after crossing 16 States some more than once and 7,380 miles 16 days I completed the trip without a single problem. I have the highest respect for every one at Chester's Grand Teton Harley Davidson all the people in the service, parts, clothing and sales and Jim is the best General Manager ever. During my trip I visited several Harley Davidson Dealers and although Chester's Grand Teton is not the biggest they are the Best Thank you every one at the Dealer for making my trip so trouble free and enjoyable. Also if I may mention it thank you to the Grand Teton HOG group for their support."

"My brother and I were in the middle of a 13 state, 4000 mile ride last September. The right front strut on my 06 Heritage decided to throw some oil at me while traveling on Hwy 86 near Pocatello. After referencing my Harley Touring Handbook, I limpted in to Chester's Eagle Rock Harley dealership for repairs. I want to throw a BIG shout out to Jason, Alicia and Dale for their greart service. "In Feb.2009 I purchased a new Ultra Classic and on the 21st August 2012 I had the 60,000 mile sevice done I actually had 31,169 miles on the Bike. I have had all 13 sevices on this Bike done at Chesters Grand Teton Harley Davidson. I have never had any problems with my Bike every one at the Dealer has been so helpful and have aleays treated me well. "On August 16, 2012, we had an issue where the linkage lever to the transmission loosened on and off during our travels through Yellowstone. Trent was on it. Prior to working on it, the engine needed to be cooled down using a large fan. The bike was fixed and we were on our way within two hours. thanks a lot Trent."

"I had a small or to some a large accident in Yellowstone where I lost footing in some loose gravel in a parking lot in the park. We were headed to Glacier Nat'l Park for our trip this year. When I dropped my bike the kickstand went into my leg and put a huge hole in my leg (all is good now). I had to go home to have futher medical attention. Had it not been for AWESOME HELP from Trent I would have been up a creek and out more money. My bike had to be taken to Idaho Falls, ID to be shipped home. He let me know if he saw any damage or scratches to the bike (it is a new bike) and he didn't see any. He kept me informed on what was going on with the shippment of the bike when I would call. He took the time to call me and let me know when the bike had left the dealership so I would know it was heading home. In my books Trent went above and beyond what he had to do for a "customer" even though I just needed a little bit of assistance in shipping my bike home. "I want to take this opportunity to thank Trent and Kyle Dwyer (aka Elvis) for helping me get my bike back on the road after my transmission failed in the mountains of Yellowstone this week. My friend Jim and I were riding from Houston to Yellowstone and back and when my clutch/transmission failed I called Trent, told him of my plight, and ask for his help. Trent took his time to tell me that he would absolutely help me and would jump right on it. Once at his shop he turned it over to Kyle for rebuild of the transmission (it was cooked). All the many parts were ordered and when some parts weren’t available, Trent and Kyle were resourceful in getting what was needed to get me back on the road. Both kept me informed of the progress and I even think Trent had a headache from the stress he placed on himself to make it right. Trent even went so far as to pick me up at the airport when I returned my rental car! I have been a President of an International company for many years and recognize the importance of good outstanding employees. "We rolled into your dealership on July 2nd. My husband's road king had been missing after 2 days on the road from California. We were heading to Yellowstone for the 4th of July. Brent and Trent got right on it to diagnosis the problem. It was looking good when all we needed was to fix the gas line to the tank. After waiting hours for the new part, Brent put the part in a fired it up, bike was still missing. At that point we were pushing 5pm. Brent was determined to get us on the road. Everyone put there heads together and did some further testing on the electrical. Sure enough, they found a second problem and got it fixed. We rolled out after 7pm. Your staff stuck it out with us and would not leave until we left with our bikes. We made it into Yellowstone late that night. "Recently my husband motorcycle broke down 15miles outside of Idaho Falls ID. It was 1745 and I called the service department and spoke with Damian. I told him we were traveling back home to Arizona and we had problems with my husband motorcycle. He gave me directions and said he would wait for us he told me they closed at 1800. Unfortunately we had difficulty finding the place. When we finally did find the place it was an hour later. We thought that no one would be there. But to our surprise Damian was still there waiting for us. What a blessing!! My husbands motorcycle was fixed in a few days. but I have to say We were impressed with Damian. He acutally waited. We also realized that my husband motorcycle was purchased down in Mesa Chesters and we were at another Chesters in Idaho. I can say that with the customer service we have received from both places have been awesome. You have our loyalty. Thank You Chesters!"

"we were on our way home from a trip to the beartooth pass, my bike had developed a dead spot or hesitation at about 1/4 to 1/3 throttle throughout the trip and was getting worse. when we stopped at eagle rock harley in pocatello, i told jim that i thought my throttle position sensor was going out but it wasnt flashing any codes. jim offered to fix it for me free of charge! unfortunatly for me he did not have one in stock and we were just passing through. when i got home i called him and told him that i felt his offer was very generous and that if he would order the part i would pay for it and drive the two hours back to pocatello and pay them to install it. they ordered the part and when it came in i drove back and had them install it, but when it came time for me to pay my bill, jim told me that i didnt owe them anything, that he told me he would do it for free so that was what he was going to do. i tried to convince him otherwise but he insisted, so i gladly went into the store and purchased about the same amount of merchandise as what the part and labor would have cost me. those guys at eagle rock harley far exceeded my expectations! and have earned a long distance customer! everyone i know will hear of the way i was treated by jim and the staff at eagle rock!! thanks again!!"

"We got very lucky when we had a near blow-out on our rear tire. We limped in off of the freeway and spotted the service shop. The guys were all closed up and cleaning up. They were kind enough to repair our tire after hours on a Saturday. We were over 800 miles away from home and these guys saved us from being stuck for several days. This kind of extra mile service is hard to find but greatly appreciated when it happens. Thanks so much guys!"

"Testimonial on behalf of Eagle Rock Harley Davidson & Buell in Pocatello Idaho I have been riding Harley-Davidson Motor Cycles since 1966. Needless to say I have seen this company though good times and bad. Throughout this time I have known many dealers and have been in many dealerships across the country, from Washington State south to California, east to Florida and up the coast to Maine and back. Not once but several times. In the early years when service or parts were needed the dealerships were genuinely interested in costumer service even though it wasn’t cool to ride a bike. Sadly since the eighties when everyone wanted to be a big bad biker the attitude in the majority of dealerships changed to an elitist attitude because they sold the Brand Name. Over the years I have just learned to tolerate the lack of costumer service and rudeness of most employees and have little by little withdrawn my support of Harley dealerships. However there is an exception, Eagle Rock Harley Davidson & Buell in Pocatello Idaho. I have been taking my ride into their dealership for the past two years. The service is excellent, without a misstep. Their tech’s are truly unique in the industry and provide the long missed costumer service. Their showroom is small but carries everything I need. Management is superb and interested in my needs being meant. Every time I have been in this dealership, every employee has approached me and asked if they can help me. They are pleasant and know their product lines (come on girls, flirt with us old men we like it). If anyone out there truly wants an old school experience, I recommend Eagle Rock Harley Davidson & Buell without exception. The whole of Harley-Davidson Company should take note of this and image the costumer service provided at Eagle Rock Harley Davidson & Buell in Pocatello Idaho. Good luck guys a keep it up! Steve "

"I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY OLD BIKE(1993 FXRS)WHILE ON A RIDE. I STOPPED IN TO GET IT LOOKED AT AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY GOY ME IN EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE VERY BUSY. "once I found my bike and the color I wanted, Teton had it. I called and the rest is history. I had never had such a positve experiance as I had at Teton, Kirsti and Matt are a great team and Dave in parts and Damon in service were tops also, Niki showed us around and made us feel welcome as did every one there. I am sending all my friends and family there, my wifes brother is looking for another bike and he plans to visit. Every Harley store should take lessons from Teton on customer service. "Great experience! Tom Burr at Jackson Hole H-D had Grand Teton H-D (Shane) call me after I e-mailed him that I was looking for a 2006 Street Bob. Bought the bike over the phone from Upstate NY. Jan picked me up at the airport; the service dept had the bike ready and waiting with everything I ordered when I got there! Even had a full tank of gas!
