"I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY OLD BIKE(1993 FXRS)WHILE ON A RIDE. I STOPPED IN TO GET IT LOOKED AT AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY GOY ME IN EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE VERY BUSY. IT TOOK A FEW HOURS TO LOOK AT IT WHILE WE HUNG OUT IN THE SHOW ROOM. THE SERVICE MAN CAME AND TOLD ME IT WAS JUST A LOOSE WIRE AND THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE.WELL WE LOADED ALL OUR STUFF BACK ON AND HEADED OUT. GOT 10 FEET OUT THE DOOR AND HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM. THEY TOOK IT RIGHT BACK IN AND DID NOT HAVE THE PART. BUT SAID THEY COULD DO A TEMPERARY REPAIR AND GET ME HOME. I WENT BACK TO THE SHOW ROOM. AND NO PRESSURE BUT THE SALES MAN. AND THE FINANCE GIRL GOT ME INTO THE BIKE I HAD BEEN WANTING FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS ANYWAY.. EVERYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP WAS VERY FREINDLY AND HELPFULL. AND IT WORKED OUT GREAT BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO BUY FROM THE LOCAL DEALER THAT MAKES EVERYONE FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR TO LET LET YOU IN. THANKS TO ALL AT TETON HARLEY"

"once I found my bike and the color I wanted, Teton had it. I called and the rest is history. I had never had such a positve experiance as I had at Teton, Kirsti and Matt are a great team and Dave in parts and Damon in service were tops also, Niki showed us around and made us feel welcome as did every one there. I am sending all my friends and family there, my wifes brother is looking for another bike and he plans to visit. Every Harley store should take lessons from Teton on customer service. After all, you can get the same bike at any store, but you can't get great service. Service is all you have to ofer and Teton Harley does it the best. a big thank you to all. "

"Great experience! Tom Burr at Jackson Hole H-D had Grand Teton H-D (Shane) call me after I e-mailed him that I was looking for a 2006 Street Bob. Bought the bike over the phone from Upstate NY. Jan picked me up at the airport; the service dept had the bike ready and waiting with everything I ordered when I got there! Even had a full tank of gas! An hour later I was headed east on my new bike!! Awesome bunch of folks at Grand Teton H-D; no "hard sell" to buy stuff I didn't want, good advice on the parts & stuff I did want!! Definitely a quality group of folks!!"

"On my birthday in August, my wife decided to buy a Stage 1 upgrade along with Screaming Eagle exhaust for my Road King Classic. The service department fit the bike into their day's schedule, the Parts Department had what we needed, and Service did a great job installing everything before the day was over. In addition, service took the time to detail several areas on the bike, so that everything looked as gleaming as the new pipes. Service and Parts went above the call of duty and did a great job.
